| General Duty Medical Officer (Yanam) | Candidates must have an MBBS degree from a recognized university along with at least 3 years of experience after completing the compulsory internship. |
| General Duty Medical Officer (Karaikal) | Candidates must have an MBBS degree from a recognized university and a minimum of 3 years of experience after completion of the compulsory internship. |
| General Duty Medical Officer (Puducherry) | Candidates must have an MBBS degree from a recognized university and at least 3 years of post-internship experience. |
| Child Psychologist (Puducherry) | Candidates must have an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is mandatory. |
| Specialist Grade-II (Junior Scale) (Yanam) | Candidates must have an MBBS degree from a recognized university along with the relevant MD/MS/DM qualification in the concerned specialty.
