Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for premium subscriptions purchased on SarkariBrain (https://sarkaribrain.com). All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

2. Subscription Plans

SarkariBrain offers the following subscription types:

  • Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, can be cancelled anytime.
  • Annual Subscription: Billed yearly at a discounted rate.
  • Lifetime Access: One-time payment for permanent access.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • You have not extensively used premium features (at our discretion).
  • This is your first subscription with us (no repeat refund abuse).

3.2 Pro-Rated Refund (8-30 Days)

Between 8-30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on unused subscription time, at our discretion.

3.3 No Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided:

  • After 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • For renewals of existing subscriptions (you must cancel before renewal).
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service.
  • For Lifetime Access plans after 7 days.
  • If the account has been terminated for abuse.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at support@sarkaribrain.com with subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID.
  3. Provide a reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days.
  • Wallets: 1-3 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Profile → Subscription Settings.
  • Click "Cancel Subscription".
  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Please request a refund separately if eligible.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using premium features, please contact us first at support@sarkaribrain.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue before processing a refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
