| Post Name Eligibility Zonal Head (Retail) Candidates must be Graduates from a Government-recognized university or institution and possess an MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. They must also hold any one of the following certifications: CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A, along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Regional Head (RH) Candidates must be Graduates from a Government-recognized university or institution and possess an MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. They must also hold any one of the following certifications: CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. Relationship Manager-Team Lead Candidates must be Graduates from a Government-recognized university or institution and possess an MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. They must also hold any one of the following certifications: CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Investment Specialist (IS) Candidates must have a PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science from a recognized college/university, or be qualified CA/CFA. They must also possess any one of the following certifications: CA, CFP, CFA, NISM Investment Advisor, NISM Research Analyst, or NISM Series 21-A, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Investment Officer (IO) PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Business Management / Commerce / Economics / Capital Markets / Banking/ Insurance / Actuarial Science from recognised College / University or CA / CFA. CA / CFP / CFA / NISM Investment Advisor / Research Analyst Certificate / Certification by NISM 21-A. Minimum 4 years experience. VP Wealth Graduation from Government recognised University or Institution. MBA (Banking/ Finance/ Marketing) with 60% from recognized University or Institution. Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP /CFA. Minimum 6 years experience. AVP Wealth Graduates from Government recognised University or Institution.
