| Sub Inspector (Pioneer) | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. |
| Sub inspector (Communication) | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related fields from a recognized university. |
| Assistant Sub Inspector ASI (Radiographer) | Candidates must have passed 12th (Intermediate) from a recognized board. They should also possess a two-year Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology or Radiography, along with at least one year of experience as a Radiographer in a radiology imaging center or a minimum 100-bedded hospital. |
